Daily Schedule
Each day of the challenge is designed to build on the previous day, in 30 minute sessions. Here's what to expect:
Day 1: Total body introduction & stability core
Day 2: Yoga for digestion & gut health
Day 3: Elongate & strengthen your lovely legs
Day 4: Improve flexibility with a creative yoga flow
Day 5: Heart rate up! Increase energy & brain fitness
Day 6: Back strength & open heart
Day 7: Workout anywhere, anytime!

Natalie Smyth is a passionate Naturopath, intertwining Functional Medicine, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy. With a previous life in the corporate world, Natalie understands setting realistic achievable goals to achieve whole health.Natalie was at the forefront of initiating a wellness program for Discovery Networks to become the healthiest company to work for in Britain. Natalie's classes are uplifting, challenging, opening and inspiring.
Ginna Arcila I have lived in New York for 4 years. I am trained as a Public Accountant but am deeply interested and passionate about all aspects of well-being. Many of us have sedentary and exceptionally focused jobs, and I truly believe it is critical that we find a way to nourish our bodies, souls, and minds in order to elevate our health and create balance. While the physical fitness journey is just one aspect of overall well-being, I decided to study fitness and become a trainer - to continue supporting people who need to find that balance and build up well-being holistically. Importantly, I believe I am nurturing my own well-being in the pursuit of building PILARES, which reflects the "PILLARS" upon which a healthier, balanced, and happier life can be attained.
