GLOW

The Beauty Radiate Month

A month to nourish your beauty, cultivate a beautiful mind and discover what it means to radiate from within.

Less chasing. More understanding. A little more radiance.

Four live sessions with Natalie Smyth, beginning Monday 2 November 2026, at a founding price of £99.

An invitation

What if feeling beautiful had less to do with what we buy, and more to do with how we nourish ourselves, what we pay attention to, and the lives we create?

Most of us learned to approach beauty as a list of problems waiting for the right product. GLOW begins somewhere more generous: with the idea that beauty is a practice of care, something you tend through nourishment, movement and rest, and something you also encounter in a painting, a walk through changing November light or a meal shared with people you love.

Across one month, you'll learn how your skin works, what it may need from your plate, how circulation and tension can show up in the face, and why giving your attention to beautiful things can shift how you feel in your own life. The teaching draws on naturopathy, nutrition, women's physiology, art and nature, held together by honest science.

How GLOW works

GLOW runs from 2 to 30 November 2026, with one live session each week alongside two recorded practices you can return to whenever suits you. Each week has its own theme, a short set of practices and a small invitation to notice something beautiful, all designed to fit around a full life.

Every session is recorded, so the month remains complete if you can't join live, and the replays and resources stay with you after November so the practices can carry into December and beyond.

The four threads of GLOW

Circulation. How the face connects to the rest of the body through anatomy, fascia, posture, breath and lymphatic flow. You'll learn facial massage and Gua Sha with careful technique and modifications, move through a full-body fascia flossing practice, and hear an honest account of what these techniques can realistically offer for puffiness and facial tension.

Nourishment. The relationship between food and skin, explained with nuance: the skin barrier, collagen biology, protein, fats and micronutrients, dietary diversity, and what current research does and doesn't yet tell us about the gut–skin connection. We'll also look closely at supplements and beauty products, including which ones are worth understanding and which deserve healthy scepticism.

Regulation. The rhythms that support recovery, including sleep and circadian timing, morning light, stress physiology, breathing and movement. The emphasis stays on everyday care you can keep up comfortably through a busy winter.

Awe. The signature thread of the month. Drawing on neuroaesthetics, we'll explore how art, nature, music and the spaces we live in may shape attention, mood and our sense of meaning. Each week brings a small invitation to notice something, whether a painting, a botanical specimen, a piece of music or the changing light, offered purely for enjoyment and curiosity.

Who GLOW is for

GLOW is for women who are curious about their health, have grown tired of beauty advice that starts from what's wrong with them, and would like a more intelligent and more enjoyable relationship with how they look and feel. It may suit you if you:

  • want to understand your skin and nutrition properly, with the evidence explained clearly

  • would like practical facial and movement practices taught with care

  • find that art, nature and culture are part of how you live well

  • would rather spend a month learning thoughtfully than follow a strict protocol

If you're looking for a structural facial lift, a fast fix or individual medical treatment, another route will serve you better, since GLOW is an educational programme.

About Natalie

Natalie Smyth is a naturopath and functional medicine practitioner based in Chelsea, London, with a BSc in Health Science. Her clinical work focuses on women's hormonal health, gut health, energy and the nervous system, drawing on naturopathy, functional medicine, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

She also teaches movement and breathwork, which shapes the practical side of GLOW, and her wider work explores human flourishing through physiology, nature, art and culture. GLOW brings those threads together into one considered month.

How we treat the evidence

GLOW is evidence-informed, and the teaching is clear about where the science is well established, where it's emerging and where an idea remains a plausible theory. Facial massage and Gua Sha may ease puffiness and tension for some people, and you'll learn to use them well without being promised permanent lifting or reversed ageing.

Nutrition is taught practically, with no universal supplement stacks, restrictive diets or blanket testing. Safety guidance and modifications are included for anyone with active skin conditions, recent procedures, injuries or pain. GLOW offers education and doesn't provide individual diagnosis or treatment.

Questions

When does GLOW start and finish?
GLOW runs from Monday 2 November to Monday 30 November 2026, with one live session each week.

What if I can't make the live sessions?
Every session is recorded and shared afterwards, and the practical work has recorded versions you can follow at home, so the month works fully at your own pace.

How much time will it take?
Allow around an hour for each weekly session, plus whatever time you'd like to give the practices. Many of them take ten to twenty minutes, and you're welcome to choose the ones that suit you.

Do I need any equipment?
A Gua Sha tool and a facial oil you enjoy are helpful for Week 2, and a mat or soft floor space is useful for fascia flossing. Guidance on choosing a tool is included in your welcome materials.

Is it suitable if I have a skin condition or have had a recent treatment?
The safety guidance covers active skin conditions, recent procedures, injuries and pain, with modifications throughout. If you're under the care of a doctor or dermatologist, it's worth checking with them before starting facial massage or Gua Sha.

Will GLOW lift my face or reverse ageing?
GLOW makes no promises of structural change. You can expect a clearer understanding of your skin, practices that may help with puffiness and tension, and a richer sense of what beauty means in your own life.

How do I access the sessions and materials?
After you join, you'll receive a welcome email with your access details, the live session links and your resources.

How long do I keep access?
You keep the replays and resources after November so you can return to them through the winter.
